Fabrikator Mini is one of the lowest cost 3D printers but performs extremely well. I bought this so I could use it when I travel and was shocked at how good the 3D print quality is. The retail price of this is $214 in the USA but I got one early for only $177. Best deal I've gotten on a 3D printer yet. 

The design is open source and based on the Tiny Boy 3D printer kit but the Fabrikator Mini comes fully assembled with an outstanding getting started manual. Getting parts for this printer seems easy and it's constructed very solid. No 3D printer is perfect and they all need some assistance from time to time but I think this is one of best values in home 3D printers.
